ICustomer list, I have now added a Territory. I need 2 look at sales for yr, filtering with the Territory. Rep.field not ok Results = 4 mos not 12mos, what's wrong?

I need to sort prior sales by geographical areas, and  since the Rep field is attached to each invoice ( and do not want to touch all those transactions, I thought  to give the 100 customers a territoty and sort off of territory.   But my results are not providing the full year of sales, only the last 4 months of the year.    Something is preventing the entire year to report out.   I am using QB Enterprise, and suspect I need QB IT to look at my data.
Thx for any guidance! Ann

Hi there, 1anngm.

It could be that the past eight months of transactions are still not having the tracking you've set up. You can try to review several transactions belong to this period and check if they obtained your desired sorting.

If they did, then this might have been caused by data damage. Let’s run the Verify utility to identify the components affecting the issue. Once done, run the Rebuild utility to fix every issue found by the system.

Here’s an article for the detailed steps on how to perform this process: Resolve data damage on your company file.
