If all of the QB "Contact Us" refers you to a message board, and never an email address, how exactly are you supposed to "send a copy of your tax-exempt certification"?

If all of the QB "Contact Us" refers you to a message board, and never an email address, how exactly are you supposed to "send a copy of your tax-exempt certification"?

I'm here to ensure you're able to send your tax exempt certification to our support agents.

 

I take it that you have the new QB Assistant menu, which is why you're seeing a message board instead. In this case, here's how you can reach us using phone or chat: 

 

  1. Click the (?) Help or QB Assistant icon. 
  2. Choose Talk to a human (select it again when prompted).
  3. Enter "send tax exempt certification" when asked for the details of your issue.
  4. Select I still need a human.
  5. Click Contact us.
  6. Choose either Get a call or Start messaging

Also, make sure you're within our support hours when contacting us. You can find the open times here: Support hours and types.

Why do we have to go through 1600 screens and spend 2,584 hours trying to find the proper button to speak/chat with someone. Should the button "Contact Us" lead straight to a chat window?
