If drop down list don't show my bank/ choices in chart of accounts (in making payments), what should i do?

We can add a new bank account in your Chart of Accounts, copacabanaivory.

 

The process of adding a new bank account in QuickBooks Online is quick and easy. Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Click the New button.
  3. Choose an account in the Account Type drop-down.
  4. In the Detail Type drop-down, select the detail type you want.
  5. Enter a new account name in the Name field.
  6. You have the option of including information in the Description field and an amount in the Balance field. 
  7. Select Save and close.

Following the instructions above, we'll surely have the bank listed into the Chart of Accounts.
