If I changed my billing credit card, how do I get gopayment to update?

I had to change my billing cc in QBOnline and now the QB GoPayment app has not updated and will not let me take charges.

Let's get your QuickBooks GoPayment and QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app to update, so you can take charges and get back to business in no time.

 

Updating your GoPayment and QBO app is necessary to get the latest bug fixes and improvements. Before doing so, please make sure you sign in to GoPayment or your QBO mobile app as an admin. Then, follow the step-by-step guide below.

 

If you're using an Android device, here's how:

 

  1. Select Settings, then About device.
  2. Tap Update, then Check for Updates.
  3. Select Install.

 

To download and install (OS) updates, the support website of your device’s manufacturer has steps to help you. You can also follow these steps:

 

  1. Select Settings, then About device.
  2. Tap Update, then Check for Updates.
  3. Select Install.

 

If you're using an Apple device, here's how:

 

  1. Launch your App store, then select Updates.
  2. Select Settings, then General.
  3. Tap Software Update

 

The same goes above, the support website of your device’s manufacturer has steps to help you. To download and install (OS) updates, here's how:

 

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Choose General.
  3. Tap Software Update.

 

Once you're done, open your GoPayment or QBO app to take charges.

Thank you so much for the reply. I did the above on my iphone but it did not work, I'm still getting the same message of an "Expired subscription".
