Let me help you go over to your bank feeds and have those transactions imported into QuickBooks Online.

 

Which bank are you having a problem with? Did you encounter any errors? If you have, the following articles list different bank error codes and detailed troubleshooting steps to resolve them:

If there are still no current transactions being imported, you can manually bring in the transactions into QuickBooks Online using our WebConnect feature. This article will give you detailed steps and instruction: How to upload more than 90 days of bank transactions.

 

For additional help, feel free to reach out to our QuickBooks Online Support. To reach us, please follow these steps:

                                                   

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
  2. Click (?) Help at the upper right corner.
  3. Select Contact US on the pop-up.
  4. Enter a brief description of your concern then hit Continue.
  5. Click Get a callback.
  6. Enter your contact information.
  7. Select Call me.
