To clarify, which QuickBooks mobile app are you using? I noticed that you have QuickBooks Self Employed tagged as your product and you're referring to Desktop. Are you using the QuickBooks Self Employed mobile app and QuickBooks Desktop?
If you're using two different products of QuickBooks, you will be charged for two separate subscriptions.
