I have been waiting for an hour and the person couldn't help me.
I incorrectly filled out box 13 in my employees W-2 and submitted it electronically.
I followed the instructions to click on that archived file to delete it and resubmit.
When i click on the file, it just opens my original W-2.
How can I delete it?
@Michele78731 I'm not sure which product you're using, but if you use the Search bar, at the top of any page, here in the community, you can find answers to most questions.
In doing so, I was able to find a link to a thread that I think may help you out.
Once you are at the thread, you will need to scroll down and pick your product.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
