I’ve got your back, @snyperventura-gm. I'm here to help you retrieve your bank transactions.

I recognize the importance and urgency of getting this issue resolved. I also understand that we need the bank feeds to easily manage our bank transactions.

You can try checking your bank's website to see if they’re having maintenance that may hinder the transactions from downloading. It can also be some notification that needs your attention.

At this time, you'll want to consider manually uploading your transactions since you’ve linked your bank account to QuickBooks Online. That said, I’d recommend importing them through CSV files.

Let’s first check the uploaded transactions to avoid duplicates. After that, we can manually upload the statements.

Here’s how:

  1. On the left pane, go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  3. Click the Link account ▼ dropdown to Upload from file.
  4. Tap Browse and then select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Next.
  5. Choose the account you want to upload the transactions from the QuickBooks account ▼ dropdown. Then select Next.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Next.
  7. Select the transactions you would like to import. Then select Next, and then Yes.
  8. When you're ready, select Let's go.

Additionally, you’ll need to categorize and match your transactions. This way, we can ensure your records are accurate. You can then proceed to reconcile them.

Please keep me posted on how things turn out. I'll be more than happy to share additional help at any time. Keep safe!

@snyperventura-gm

Another option, utilize MT Online. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
