That is right, i-marriott.

 

The billable function in timesheet allows you to create invoices for this job. When it is not checked, that means the job isn't billable. You just wanted to keep track of the hours worked by your employees.

 

QuickBooks Online also has this copy hours from timesheet feature. It lets you create payroll easily. If you've recorded hours worked in timesheet for this pay period, QBO will automatically copy these hours when running payroll. You simply turn it on in the Payroll Settings. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Gear icon.
  2. Select Payroll Settings.
  3. Under Overview, click on Time Sheets.
  4. Select Copy hours from employee time sheets.
  5. Click on OK.
