Hi there, nhughes

Let me help align your printed invoice so it will match on the online invoice fields in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To help fix this, let’s perform these troubleshooting steps below:

  1. It is recommended that you clear your cookies and temporary internet files for optimal browser performance and help isolate this problem.
  2. Turn off pop-up blocker since certain updates will reset default settings to a pop-up blocker on your browser.
  3. Set Adobe Acrobat or Reader 11.0 as the default program for sales form printing. This way, it can resolve printing alignment issues in QBO.

Once done, let’s try printing the invoices to check if it works.

You can go through this article to learn more how to adjust the alignment when printing your invoices in QBO.

That will do it, nhughes. Leave a comment below if you have other concerns, I’m glad to assist you further. Have a wonderful day ahead!
