If we don't send invoices, just monthly statements, is there a way to add a payment link to the statement?

I know the invoices will send a payment link to pay by credit card. I have customers asking for a link to pay their statement.

Hey there, @usernewsfrontdesk.

Currently, the option to add a payment link to statements is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In the meantime, I'd recommend sending your suggestions and feedback about this option to our product developer. I'll show you how:

Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
Select Feedback under Profile.
Share your feedback.
Click Next to submit.

You can always check the status of your request through this link: QuickBooks Online Customer Feedback.
