Im trying to email an estimate and it keeps saying webmail authorization?

Let's get rid of the error so you can email your estimates again, wendysherrard.

 

The Webmail Authorization message will appear if Google or your email provider updated their privacy policy. We just need to reauthorize QuickBooks Desktop on your email provider. 

 

Before we do any troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend updating QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release. This will fix common issues caused by previous updates.
