It seems that a wrong copy was sent that's why you're getting this error prompt. I'd recommend reaching out to your accountant to verify first if it's the right copy. Chances are, you are importing changes that isn't fit for your company file.
If the copy sent was the correct one, please reach out to our Desktop Support so they can access your account and investigate the root cause. They have the necessary tools to look into this further and can provide other steps for you to try.
