IMPORTING INVOICES TO QBD. SUPPORT SAID IT WAS POSSIBLE TOOK MY RENEWAL AND WASTED MY DAY

IMPORTING INVOICES TO QBD. SUPPORT SAID IT WAS POSSIBLE TOOK MY MONEY FOR RENEWAL AND WASTED MY DAY.

It clearly says this is possible in your support section but one at the call center has the knowledge or ability to reach someone that does. We pay a lot for this software. We should be able to speak to someone that can resolve our issue without a day of being put on hold and sent tutorials to things that don't apply

IMPORTING INVOICES TO QBD. SUPPORT SAID IT WAS POSSIBLE TOOK MY RENEWAL AND WASTED MY DAY

Welcome, @USER 4

It's great to see a new face here in the QuickBooks Community. I'd be more than happy to help you import your invoices.

This isn't the impression I want to leave you with when contacting our support team. With that being said, let's work together so you can import invoices into your QuickBooks Desktop account.

To clarify, how are you trying to import these invoices?

In the meantime, review this guide about importing data to help your business out.

I'll be waiting for your response so that we can determine the best solution for your business!

If you are not familiar with IIF, utilize a 3rd party tool to import your invoices in XLS format instead.

You've experienced support at it's finest.

You can import invoices using an IIF file. If you don't want to learn to create them yourself, as they're somewhat technical, you can use our BRC IIF Transaction Creator  to create them from an Excel worksheet.
