It clearly says this is possible in your support section but one at the call center has the knowledge or ability to reach someone that does. We pay a lot for this software. We should be able to speak to someone that can resolve our issue without a day of being put on hold and sent tutorials to things that don't apply

If you are not familiar with IIF, utilize a 3rd party tool to import your invoices in XLS format instead.
You've experienced support at it's finest.
You can import invoices using an IIF file. If you don't want to learn to create them yourself, as they're somewhat technical, you can use our BRC IIF Transaction Creator to create them from an Excel worksheet.
