Importing Journal Entries

QuickBooks Online has different features depending on the plan and region or country. Although we can import data into the US version, the journal entry is currently not an option.

I understand that you need to import journal entries the same way we can import the other data. A feature request is more likely to be prioritized and added if our engineers received more feedback or requests about it. You'll want to send one by clicking the Gear icon, then select Feedback.

For now, while we can't tell when this will be added to the US version, the best way is to use a third-party application. You can search for one from the Apps menu. Another option is by creating your own journal entry in QuickBooks Online.

We've also noticed that the feature isn't available in many accounting apps for the US region. If the feature is important to your business and you are reluctant to use a 3rd party tool, you should switch to another accounting app.
