In billing address our address is from Dubai, UAE. But in company address i am unable to select UAE and its showing US.

If your company is located in UAE, you should use QBO AE version

You might have purchased the US version of QBO. Hence, you're unable to select UAE when setting your company address. You can cancel your current subscription and purchase a new one with the correct country.

 

To cancel your current subscription, you can follow the detailed steps in this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.

 

When you purchase a new QBO subscription with the correct country, you can still use the same username and password if you want to. Here's how to do it:

  1. Log out to your current or cancelled QBO account.
  2. Go to this link and select Middle East: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
  3. Select United Arab Emirates. From there, you'll be routed to the subscription page.
  4. Select the subscription you want to avail and click Buy now or Free 30-Day Trial.
  5. It will ask you to create an account. If you want use your existing Intuit account, you can click Sign In next to Already have an account?
  6. Click One More Step or Continue to Buy.
  7. Enter the needed information and you can already set up the company.

Once you've successfully purchased the subscription, you can go back to the Account and settings to enter the company address and other necessary details.
