In Customers, 3 icons top right. Center one with arrow I used all the time for name, type, balance. Now get 404 Page not found.

We currently have an ongoing investigation regarding the error "404 Page not found" when exporting customer lists in QuickBooks Online. Our product engineers are closely working to come up with an immediate resolution.

1. Sign into your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Select Help (?).
3. Go to the Search tab and select Contact Us.
4. Pick the topic you need help with or tap on Ask about something else, then type in your concern.
5. Click on Continue.
6. Decide how you would like to connect with our support.

In the meantime, you can generate, customize data, and export them from the Reports page. You can also utilize the Export data feature directly from the Gear icon.
