Buy nowI used the Income by customer Summary report just a few months ago. It is not being populated in the reports list anymore. Was it removed from the available reports? I even had my a few co-workers check and they couldn't find it either.
Please help! I am using the P/L by customer now, and it's way too big and clunky to find anything.
I can think of two ways how you can run the Income by Customer Summary report in QuickBooks Online, @Stevenno. Let me share it with you.
If your Account and Settings show Nonprofit organization under Company type, I suggest searching the keyword Revenue by Customer Summary report instead.
Otherwise, make sure to look for the report from the long rectangle search bar from the Reports menu. I've tried doing it on my end and it showed the report. Here's how:
If the issue persists, try logging in to your QBO account through an incognito browser to check if you're experiencing a browser-related problem. Here are the shortcut keys to open it:
If this works, then you'll have to clear the regular browser cache. This prevents unusual browser behavior. If not, I suggest using another supported browser.

Thanks for the suggestions, but none of them worked.
I tried using Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. I checked for updates on all of them. No change. I then tried "Incognito mode" and still no results for all 3 browers. I tried searching for reports using the keyword "Income" and did not see the reports. I also tried "By Customer," "Revenue," "Revenue by Customer Summary," and "Income by Customer Summary." These results were the same.
Like I said before, I have used this report in the past, and it just disappeared from my account.
