Hello there, @usergrandmashands012.
You'll have to make sure you've set the correct dates when pulling up the Transaction List report. You may haven't included the dates of the two-days of invoicing. That's why you're unable to find them listed on the said report. To do this, here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Select the transaction report you want (Transaction List by Date or Customer).
- On the report page, click the Customize button.
- Go to the General section, then make sure the date is correct in the Report period fields.
- Go to the Filter section and select all the information you want to filter.
- Click Run report.
I've attached screenshots below that show the last three steps and the result of the customization process.
After that, you can memorize the said report to save its current customization settings. To know more about this, you can check out this article: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online. It also includes steps about finding, running, and exporting report your memorized report to Excel.
Additionally, you can customize your invoices to include information that matters most to your business. You can refer to this article for the step-by-step guide: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts. It also contains details about editing custom templates.
