Join nowAccording to QB there is some sort of a glitch with what it is calculating as the average cost of a certain inventory item. They do not have a repair or work around for it. It is calculating a product that should only cost @ $10 to $644. This is obviously creating a lot of problems with several different reports. Has anyone else had this & figured out a way to deal with it?

I checked and found that there's an open investigation for this specific issue you stated above. A workaround is unavailable at this time. What I can suggest is to contact our Technical Support team for assistance. They can add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive a notification email when an update is available.
See this article for the steps: Contact QuickBooks Desktop support. It includes their hours of operation, so you know when they're available.

Thank you for replying. I already did talk to technical support and we are on the list to notify. I'm just really struggling with running reports for our accountant and bank until this is fixed.
