Invoice list

In the list of all invoices there is a settings icon which gives me the choice to add columns. I would like to add the ship to address of the invoice as a column. However that particular field is not a option. How should I add the ship to address as a column.

Hi there, @YFukes.

 

It's nice to see you here in the Community. I'm here to share some information about adding a ship to address column on the list of all invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Just to confirm, are you referring to the Invoices or All Sales tab on the Sales menu? If so, the option to add a ship to address on that specific window is currently unavailable. In the meantime, QBO has a report called Invoice List which you can customize to add the ship to address of all the invoices you've created.

 

To pull up the report, here's how:

 

1. Go to Reports menu at the left pane.
2. On the search bar, type Invoice List.
3. Select a Date, then click Customize on the upper right.
4. On the Rows/Columns drop-down, pick Change columns.
5. Put a checkmark on Shipping Address, then Run report.

 

Once done, you should be able to see all the shipping addresses on your invoices. For your reference, you may check out this article that tackles customizing reports in QBO: Customize reports.

 

I can see how this option would be helpful for you and your business and I encourage you to submit feedback. These requests and suggestions are forwarded to the Product Development Team for consideration in future updates. You can submit this from within QBO by selecting the Gear icon and Feedback or by going to the following link: QuickBooks Online Feature Requests.  I'm going to submit feedback from my side as well.
