I'm here to help ensure you'll be able to create invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO) successfully, @amirtoptier.
The problem is maybe browser or cache related. To start, you can try logging in your account using a private browser or another supported browser and try producing invoices from there.
To access your account using a private browser, you can use either of these shortcuts keys:
Google Chrome: press CTRL+ Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL+ Shift + P
Internet Explorer: press CTRL+ Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If you're able to create invoices using a private browser, I suggest clearing the cache of the regular browser you're using. The cache can be bogged down with older data which causes performance issues while working with QBO.
