First off, ensure to update QuickBooks to the latest release. Then, let's check if you can print outside QuickBooks to identify whether the problem is within QuickBooks or the printer. Here's how:
- Go to the Start menu, then browse to Notepad.
- Enter some text and choose File, then Print.
- Select the correct printer, then select Print.
If you could print in Notepad, use the Print & PDF Repair Tool from the QuickBooks Tool Hub to fix most of the common printing issues. Otherwise, turn off the printer, then restart your computer and follow Step 2: If that didn't work, try... outlined in this help article: Resolve printing issues.
