Thanks for joining us here in the Community. I can help you print your 2019 invoices in QuickBooks, the_tile_setters.

We can print your invoices in 2019 through the Print Forms page. I'll be glad to show you how:

  1. Go to the File menu at the upper left.
  2. Choose Print Forms on the drop-down.
  3. Pick Invoices
  4. Select your invoices in 2019 by placing a checkmark on the left side and click OK.
  5. Click the Print Labels button if you wish to add mailing labels.
  6. Select OK, and choose the printer that you want to use.
  7. Click the Preview button to check how it looks, then Print if satisfied.

For more details about this one, see the Batch print forms in QuickBooks Desktop article. Just in case you encounter an error in printing the transactions, see the Resolve printing issues article to troubleshoot the problem.

Feel free to visit our Sales transactions page for more insights about adding and managing your customer invoice, sales receipt, and other sales forms.

That's it. Please let me know how it goes by leaving a comment below. I'm only a post away should you have any follow-up questions. Have a wonderful day.

Not all the invoices for that year are listed to put a check mark by. only 6 are listed.

Not to worry, @the_tile_setters. I have all the steps you'll need in printing your old invoices.

To add previous invoices to the print queue, you'll have to open them one at a time and mark the Print Later box. You can utilize the Custom Transaction Detail report and customized it for a specific period.

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Select Custom Reports and choose Transaction Detail.
  3. Click the Customize Report button.
  4. Under the Display tab, modify the date range.
  5. Select the Filters tab.
  6. Choose Transactions Type from the Filter list.
  7. Click the Transaction Type drop-down and select Invoice.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Open each transaction and check the Print Later box.

Once done, you can go to the Print Forms page to print them in batch. You can check out our guide on printing multiple forms all at once for the detailed instruction.

Should you need further assistance in managing your sales form, please let me know in the comment section. Thank you for reaching us and have a wonderful day.
