Invoices

I have used QuickBooks since 2004... I am now using QuickBooks online and have the mobile app on my phone... Is there a reason the mobile app will only show invoices for say 1 year or so? Why doesn't it bring up invoices from say 5 or 10 years ago? Thank you

I'd like to know more about this. When the data was converted from QuickBooks Desktop, did it all transfer to the Online version?

 

 It's possible that not all transactions were converted to QuickBooks Online. A size limit exists when you convert the file. The Desktop file must have less than 500,000 targets. Adding additional data into a file that has already reached its limit, can result in unrecoverable data loss within the company file.

 

Though, if they were converted, let's try to reset/refresh the mobile app so all the data will sync. Here's how:

  1. Click the 3 dots icon.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Click Refresh Data.
