These transactions might have been deleted. That’s why they’re not showing up when searched in QuickBooks. To check:
If they're not deleted, I’d recommend searching them again on a private window. There are times that the overloaded files stored in your browser can cause unusual behaviors like this.
If these transactions showed up on a private gateway, you can go back to your default browser and clear its cache. Switching to a different one would also be helpful.
