At the moment, there's not a reported issue of not being able to add a new customer. We can do troubleshooting steps to resolve this.
Let's open an incognito or private browser. We use this mode to prevent browsing history from being stored. Go to https://qbo.intuit.com and log in to your account.
Once logged in, go to the Customers page and add the new customer. If you're able to add the information, go back to the regular browser and clear your cache and cookies. This helps remove any stored data in your browser and refresh the settings, so the program runs efficiently.
