Is anyone else having trouble subscribing to the bundle live ? ive tried so many different ways and cant do it

I've thoroughly our records here if we have similar reports about this and I can't find anything at the moment, jazz-pliego.

 

Generally, when a user encounters unexpected behavior, like unresponsive user interface, we can perform basic browser troubleshooting to fix the issue.

 

Every time we access websites, our web browser store cache and cookies for a quicker loading and displaying of images and other web content. In some cases, it stores so much browsing information that it corrupts the browser cache, causing some features to malfunction or return runtime errors.

 

You can follow the steps that I've listed below:

 

  1. Access the QuickBooks Self-Employed website in a private/incognito browser. You can use the shortcut keys that I've listed below.
     
    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
       
  2. Once you're in, let's try to subscribe to the bundle again by clicking the Buy now button. If it succeeds, we'll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to get rid of the accumulated site data.
     
  3. If the same thing happens, we can use other supported browsers. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.
