Currently, there's an ongoing investigation about the search feature of invoices not working. Rest assured that our Engineering Team is dedicated to working to implement a solution that will fix this issue. Please know that this is a top priority for us, and it will continue to be so until it's fully resolved.
As a workaround you can manually scroll from the invoices page and look for the invoice you want to open.
While we're unable to tell when this issue will be resolved, I encourage you to contact our Phone support team. They can add you to our notification list, and you'll receive an email notification once an update is available.
Here’s how:
- Go to Help (?) and select Contact Us.
Note: Tap the plus button and choose Ask QB Assistant if you're using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
- Type in “talk to a human”, then select Continue.
- Select which way you want to connect with us.
- Have us call you - Get a call from a support expert.
- Chat with us - Start a conversation with a support expert.
