Make sure to manage your 30 days rolling limit to accept any payment thru QuickBooks Payment. You may ask your clients to pay your invoices thru MP as the workaround.

I'd like to add from what our AllStar replied, trina8.

 

One possible reason why customer's are prompted with the error is that their browser's cache stored too many files that caused QuickBooks not to work well. You can let them try using a private browser when paying an invoice. It doesn't save your browsing history making it a great place to test browsing interruptions.

 

Try these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N  
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

If it works fine in the private window, clear the browser's cache to remove the log files and start with a clean slate. You can also advise them to use other browsers is the same thing happens.
