There are times when stored cache causes odd behavior on your browser that'll also affect the QuickBooks' interface. Let's attempt using a private browser to check if this is the case.
Depending on your browser, here's how:
Log in to your QBSE account and check if you're able to save an invoice smoothly. If it works, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
You can use another browser to double-check. If the issue persists, please contact our QBSE Support so they can verify this further using their tools.
