We'd really want to have this sorted out for you. Are you referring to a Paycheck Protection Program loan application through Cross River?

 

If you already receive the funds from the, follow the steps in this article on how to record the loan in your account:  Set Up A Loan In QuickBooks Online

As another option, ask your question to another channel. They and Intuit are partnering with the same bank (i.e Cross River). They will share the contact of PPP team at the bank to answer your question directly if required.

Can you give me a number so that I can reach out to you directly? I spoke to Cross River 4 times yesterday and 3 people at QB via chat and phone. No one could assist and the message I received from QB loud and clear was that they have nothing to do with PPP this time around.

Thank you ..... QB offered no solution. They are out of it this time around. Cross River is not able to provide updates. Agents that answer the phone are only trained to say “wait for an email update”. No one available with actual up to date info. I asked QB for a contact name - liaison between QB and Cross River but no one would provide.
