I no longer have contractor information on my project detail report. I have read several businesses having the same problem. Please help us fix this problem, this is important information to have on our reports
Hi there, Oliver1975.
I understand the importance of having the contractor's information in QuickBooks Online.
I'll make sure that you'll be able to view the contractor's information in the project detail report.
There are times when a browser's cache becomes full or damaged. When this happens, issues like this can occur. To better isolate, let's try logging in to your QBO account using an incognito or private browser. Since this doesn't store data in the cache, it is the best place to isolate browser issues.
Kindly use either of the following shortcut keys:
If it works, you may want to clear the browsing history of your regular web browser. This will remove previously-stored browsing data that might have caused the issue. Otherwise, you can try using other supported browsers to be thorough.

still nothing resolved. no contractor payments that were inputted under transactions and assigned to whatever project they go to is showing up in any of my project reports
I want to stop this from happening to you, @boldcityprop.
I appreciate all the efforts you did so far to resolve the missing contractor payments in the project folder. I have other troubleshooting steps to follow. This way, the transactions will be visible in QuickBooks Online.
If you're using Intuit Online Payroll (IOP) or Intuit Full Service Payroll (IFSP), your account could be involved in the migration process to QuickBooks Standalone Payroll. We're currently investigating payments to missing contractors. Our engineers are working hard to solve the problem at the earliest opportunity.
With this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team again. This way, they will add you to the impacted user's list. Rest assured, you'll receive a confirmation email after it's resolved. Be sure to contact them within business hours to ensure a timely response.
However, if you do not use the IOP/IFSP account, ensure the Report Period and Accounting method on your project report is selected correctly. When confirmed and the problem continues, let's review your Audit log report. There's a possibility that the transactions are deleted from the system.
Proceed as follows:
If a contractor's payments are deleted, I recommend entering them again in QuickBooks to fix the issue.
If the problem continues, please feel free to contact us again. Our experts and engineers can re-examine your account, which has led to the missing transactions.
