Hello there, gsovereign,

Yes, you can add the name of your customer in to GoPayment transactions. Let me show you how.

You can simply select the name of your customer on the Select a customer drop-down to include it  in recording a payment. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon then choose Import GoPayment.
  2. Select the payment you want to record when a list payments appears.
  3. Choose whether you want to record the payment as a Receive Payment or Sales Receipt.
  4. Select the name of the customer.
  5. Click Save & Continue to do the next one, or Save & Done.
