Is it possible to automatically charge customer credit cards each month (subscription style - no invoice, just receipt) using Quickbooks Online, Essentials version?

With QuickBooks Payments, your customers can pay the invoices online, swajuo1.

 

When creating sales receipts, you'll have an option to enter the customer's credit card information. This will automatically charge the customer's account. After that, you can send the receipt to your customer.

  1. Click the + New button on the left menu and select Sales Receipt.
  2. Enter the customer information and the sales receipt details.
  3. In the Payment method field, select Credit card.
  4. Click Enter credit card details button and enter the necessary details.
  5. Enter the credit card info, or select Swipe Card.
  6. Optional: To save this customer's credit card, select Use this credit card in the future.
  7. Mark the Process credit card box.
  8. Then, save the sales receipt.
