Is it possible to upload multiple different invoices from other vendors directly to quickbooks in order to track expenses?

Hi laynedrew23!

Uploading bills is indeed a great and faster way to track expenses. The good news is we have this feature in QuickBooks called Receipt Capture.

Simply take a photo of your bills and upload them to the Receipts section on the Banking page, or use the Receipt snap feature in the QBO mobile app. Our system will extract the information and place them in the Review section, like in online banking. Then, you can add them to your books or match them to your transactions in QuickBooks.

If there's anything that I can help you with, please let me know in the Reply section below. Have a good one!

How can I then take the invoice I emailed in and match it to a Purchase Order? Or how can I upload a list of purchase orders?

Thank you,

Hello there, Ryan2689.

I understand how important to have the option if your concern is about linking a purchase order to an invoice. However, this feature is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Intuit strives to provide the best customer experience. I will take note of your concern and send this to our engineers to make improvements in the product by listening to our customer's suggestions and comments.

For now, you can either create a billable expense and link it to an invoice, or use a third-party app that supports this feature. To help you decide the app that suits your business needs, I recommend checking out the customers' reviews and other third-party listed in our App Center.

Uploading a list of purchase orders in QuickBooks Online is unavailable. For now, we can only import receipts and bills.

I've also included an article that'll help you personalize your financial reports in QuickBooks. This way, you'll be able to filter the details you'd like to see: Create custom reports in QuickBooks Online.

If you need further assistance about handling invoices and purchase order in QuickBooks, please post a reply below. I'm always here to help you out.
