Thanks for reaching out to the Community. @Rustler is correct that if your account has been canceled for over a year, then the information and the account will no longer be available. However, if your account hasn't been canceled for very long, then you can still view all of the information. If you need to resubscribe to your account to make it active, then follow the steps below.
1. Log into your QuickBooks.
2. Go to the Gear icon.
3. Under "Your Company," select Account and Settings.
4. Click on the Billing & Subscriptions tab.
5. In the "QuickBooks" section, choose to Resubscribe.
