We haven’t received reports from other users about this. It would be best to start an investigation to identify the root cause of this issue. To do this, you can reach out to our support team through the steps below:
1. In your QuickBooks, click Help at the top.
2. Select Contact us.
3. Type in your concern under How can we help?
4. Click Continue.
5. Select Get a callback.
For now, we can try toggle the bill transaction by deleting and recreating the payment.
