I've checked our list of known issue and found nothing that is similar to your concern. I'd like to know if there's an error you have encountered so that I can look into the specific solution available. For now, let's do some troubleshooting to isolate and and check if this is a browser-related cause.
You can start from using the private browser to prevent the data being stored in your browser. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Then, you can try checking on your customer list and their transactions. If you've done that successfully without getting an error, go back to your regular browser to clear the cache. An alternative way is to use another browser.
If the issue still persist after clearing the browser, I suggest contacting QuickBooks Customer Care team to verify and look into this behavior.
