I’m here to share with you the possible reason your customers are getting a blank page when clicking the Review and Pay button to pay the invoices.
It's likely you have set the Deliver option for emails to HTML in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
To help fix this, you'll need to change the deliver option to Online Invoice so your customers can pay the invoices. Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon at the upper right.
Select Account and Settings.
Go to Sales from the left menu.
On the Online delivery section, click the Edit (Pencil) icon.
Under Additional email options for invoices drop-down, choose Online invoice.
