Is there a way I could look up to see what invoices were created each day? Only for that day

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, jim138. Yes! You can run the Invoice List by Date Report and make some customization to achieve this. I will be delighted to show you how.

1. Go to the Reports tab.
2. In the search box, type and select "Invoice List by Date Report."
3. Make adjustments to the Report Period and then select Run Report, as seen below.

Once you follow these steps, you will be able to see what invoices were created that day. For more information on how to customize forms in Quickbooks Online, I encourage you to check out this article.

Anyway to do it from the phone app ?

The feature to run the Invoice List by Date Report through the mobile app for QuickBooks Online (QBO) is currently unavailable. You'll need to log in to your account through the web to generate this report. 

Here's the login page for QBO: https://http://qbo.intuit.com/. Then, you can follow the steps provided by SashaMC in generating this report. See this article for more information: Run reports in QuickBooks Online. 

The ability to run reports in the mobile app would be a great addition to the current features that we have, so I'll take note of it. I'd also recommend you visiting our Blog to learn what new updates and features we have.
