Is there a way in QuickBooks Self-Employed to add additional payment options such as PayPal to an invoice (the way you can toggle ACH and CC on/off)?

Is there a way in QuickBooks Self-Employed to add additional payment options such as PayPal to an invoice (the way you can toggle ACH and CC on/off)?

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community,  sbrueckler. That's an excellent question! As of right now, the only options are to use the Credit Card and Bank Transfer. I understand how having a variety of payment options for your invoice would be beneficial to your business. You could look for a third party application that would accept payments from Paypal to integrate with Quickbooks.

 

I will be taking notes of this and submitting feedback to our Product Developers to add this feature to the program. They are always looking for ways to update the software to suit your business needs. I recommend tracking feature requests through our blog to see the latest changes.
