Is there a way to create different folders for each job instead of grouping my receipts by category

Welcome to the Community, @easyridersmt-hot.

 

Currently, the option to create different folders for jobs in QBSE is unavailable. You may want to search for a third-party app that will give you the feature you need. Here's how:

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Apps store at this link.
  2. Type a keyword related to the feature you need in the search field.
  3. Then, press the Enter key on your keyboard.

 

Also, QBSE has Tag features that you can use to ensure that your receipts or other transactions are accurately grouped. For more details, see this link: What are tags and why should I use them?
