Is there a way to generate a link for a customer to view their open statement at any time?

Welcome, and thanks for visiting the Community. I can share information about generating customer statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Yes, there is a way! QBO has a feature that will let you send statements to show customers summaries of their invoices, payments, credits, and balances.

Here's how to do it:

1. In QBO, go to the Sales menu at the left pane.
2. Proceed to the Customers tab.
3. Place a checkmark on the customers you want to make statements for.
4. In the Batch actions drop-down, select Create statements.
5. In the Statement Type drop-down, choose the customer statement type you'd like to send.
6. Select the dates for the statements and the date range.
7. Review the customer's email addresses.
8. Hit Save and send.
