Is there a way to get access to all the email addresses in my old self employed account without purchasing a new subscription? I had to start a new one so it would be linked to my TurboTax account. Not having all my invoice info is a problem.

You're referring to a canceled QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account, correct? If so, the ability to access it without purchasing a new one is currently unavailable. The system will prompt you to resubscribe.

 

That being said, I highly suggest contacting our support team to check if they can still access the old account so you'll be able to export all the data and import them to your new QBSE.
