Is there a way to have my customers absorb credit card fees automatically?

The option to charge credit card fees automatically to the customer's transaction is currently unavailable. Fees are drafted and vary depending on sales volume.

Our product developers are pushing through the envelope to improve the product's feature to meet your needs. I'll personally submit a feedback directly to them. They'll be able to review and add this in the future updates.

In a way. What business often do is raise their overall prices by 2 - 3%.

That's hilarious. Do you actually say that without laughing?

If this were true you'd not have important longstanding bugs in QuickBooks.  They'd be fixed before years go by.
