Is there a way to link one credit card account to the bank and download the expenses from two different card holders to quickbooks?

I have one credit card account with BofA. There are two card holders. If I link the main account, I only get credit card payments downloaded to QBO. If I link the individual card holders, I only get the credit card charges. QBO won't let me set up the two card holders as a sub account to the main account (because the main is already linked to the bank) so all three have to all be main accounts in QBO then I can't reconcile the 3 to the one statement from the bank. Have spent hours on the phone with Intuit and they can't help. I can't be the only one! How do I fix this?

When recording payments, if this is for the specific sub-account, then you can select the said account. However, if the payment is for the entire account, then you can select the parent account.

In QuickBooks Online, you can add multiple credit cards and banks, but you can sync them depending on your bank. To help you sync them, I suggest contacting your bank. This way, you'll have the right process to perform.

This solution allows the majority of my downloaded transactions from the bank to be linked to my credit card holders (sub accounts). Since my parent account has all the payments for the individual card holders, I'll have to manually choose it to post to instead of matching it. Unfortunately I can't see my true balance on "Banking" dashboard, but it should allow me to reconcile the statement from what I've read. We'll see. Thanks for the help.
