Is there a way to mass email my customers for advertising purposes from QB?

I'd be more than happy in guiding you through our process for sending emails to multiple customers. This can be accomplished by using your Batch actions ▼ menu.
 

Here's how:

  1. In your left navigation bar, go to Sales, then Customers.
  2. Tick the appropriate checkboxes to indicate which customers will receive a copy of this email.
  3. Click Batch actions ▼.
  4. Select Email.


Now you'll be able to compose an electronic communication and send it to as many clients as you'd like.
 

You can also use your Batch actions ▼ drop-down for emailing and/or printing various sales forms at the same time.

I understand that despite following all the instructions, your email wasn't sent out. There are a few things you can do to resolve the QuickBooks Online mass email issues.

 

Before we get started, would you mind letting me know if there are any error messages you receive when sending emails to your customers? Any information can assist me in identifying the best fix for your issue.

 

You might have encountered a caching problem or something with their email address that prevents QuickBooks from sending the email. Please ensure their emails are up to date. Let's do some browser troubleshooting to get things fixed. You can start by accessing your account using an incognito window. This mode helps since it doesn't save any site data.

 

Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

 

Send an email again after signing into your account. If it works, you can clear the cache to get rid of stale information that has been saved on your browser. You can also use a different supported browser.
