Is there a way to prevent the Description field in a Journal Entry from repeating on the next line?

Has there been an update about this in the past year? all i do all day is enter in journal entries which are all different on every line and I dont want to have to delete the description every single time.  this is a very big adjustment from the desktop version....

Know that this isn't the experience we'd want you to have. To help you save time from deleting descriptions when doing journal entries inside QuickBooks Online (QBO), I'd recommend sending feedback to our Product Development Team. This way, they'll see your suggestion and consider adding it for future program updates. I'll input the steps below to get you going:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
2. On the top right-corner, click the Gear icon.
3.  Select Feedback and then enter your comments or product suggestions.
4. Once ready, click Next to submit feedback.
