Is there a way to save an invoice when receiving the "unexpected token in JSON at position 0"?

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community, janeadamsinterio. There are some troubleshooting steps that I would suggest to try. Here are some ways:

First, you could try clearing your cache and cookies so the system can have a fresh start if you're using a web browser.

Second, if you're using a Windows app, you can click Help and then select Reset App Data to assist with clearing the stored program files.

Third, try to uninstall and reinstall the QBO application, by scrolling to the Get the QuickBooks Mac or Windows app section and clicking Free Download.

Fourth, if you are using the mobile app, here's what you can do:

  1. Select the three dots icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. In the Settings and Help window, locate Refresh Data and click it.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.
  5. Retry saving the invoice you received.

Keep me updated after completing either one of these steps to save the invoice. Feel free to revisit us if you need any more help. I'll be here to assist. Have a blissful day.
